We are seeking a proficient Project Manager to assist us in guiding our product development initiatives. Our Agile team, based in various locations with headquarters in Bonn, Germany, handles the full software development lifecycle; from initiation to implementation and operation of physical access control software operating multiple electronic locks across different radio protocols and RFID identification media.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans in alignment with company’s strategic objectives. 
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. 
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team, collecting, synthesizing, and translating customer feedback into actionable project tasks. 
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to optimize product offerings. 
• Organize the effective delivery with strict quality standards and security requirements. 
• Communicate project progress, strategies, and plans to internal stakeholders and external partners. 
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to deliver successful projects. 
• Identify potential risks and issues within the project and propose mitigation strategies.

Your skills: 

• Proven experience in project management and coordinating Agile teams. 
• Solid experience in product development. 
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch. 
• Ability to analyze project requirements, identify dependencies and potential risks, and develop strategies to achieve project goals within specified timelines. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Advanced Business English language knowledge 
• Experience with project development methodologies. (Agile, SCRUM / Kanban) 
• Skilled in coordinating project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 
• Good analytical skills, oriented on continuous process improvement. 
• Responsibility for customer/partner relation growth.  
• Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with IoT products in building automation and physical access control 
• Mastery Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Understanding of general security concepts
